Reforma integral de un edificio plurifamiliar en el casco antiguo de Palma de Mallorca, compuesto por cuatro viviendas. La intervención preserva el carácter tradicional de la edificación y pone en valor sus materiales y elementos constructivos originales, al tiempo que adapta las viviendas a las necesidades de la vida contemporánea mediante una nueva organización espacial y funcional.

Comprehensive refurbishment of a multi-family building in the old town of Palma de Mallorca, comprising four flats. The project preserves the building’s traditional character and showcases its original materials and structural features, whilst adapting the flats to the needs of contemporary living through a new spatial and functional layout.
