Juan Carlos Molina Domínguez

An architect qualified from the University of Seville, he has a solid professional track record in the design, development and execution of residential projects. Throughout his career, he has been involved in new-build, refurbishment, renovation and extension projects, covering both detached houses and residential blocks.


His experience includes working with architectural practices, property developers and companies in the hospitality sector, contributing to every stage of the process, from design and technical specification through to site management and coordination. This holistic approach enables him to tackle each project by combining functionality, high-quality construction and attention to detail.

Mónica Egido Ros

A technical architect from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, she has over 25 years’ experience in construction site management, project management and technical coordination. Her career has spanned construction companies, architectural practices, public bodies and, since 2017, work as a freelance professional.


Specialising in site management for new-build and refurbishment projects, the preparation of technical reports, valuations, energy performance certificates, Energy Efficiency Assessments (IEE) and health and safety coordination, she brings a holistic approach to every project, based on technical rigour, experience and a commitment to construction quality.
